OUR APPROACH
Integration is not one-size-fits-all.
That’s why we design targeted, tailored support mechanisms for each migrant group—so people can make the best use of their skills in their new lives, education, and jobs.
Our work is based on a simple conviction: every individual has skills and knowledge to contribute to society. By giving migrants a voice, recognizing their true value, and building a sense of belonging in receiving societies, we help strengthen democratic, fair, and just communities—where people can be integrated and feel integrated.
WHERE WE WORK
We are currently active in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Gotha.
In each city, we work with two local representatives who support coordination, community outreach, and referrals.
